Welcome to Ida Nail. By accessing our salon premises, online booking concierge, or purchasing gift cards, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

We value our artists' time. Cancellations or schedule changes must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your slot. Late cancellations are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service value.

If you are late by 15 minutes or more, we may need to shorten your treatment duration or reschedule, which will count as a late cancellation.

2. Health & Safety Disclosures

To protect all guests, please notify us during selection or arrival if you have open wounds, diabetic skin vulnerabilities, nail fungus, or severe allergies. Our technicians reserve the right to decline treatment if they assess a transmission risk.

3. Refund & Satisfaction Policy

We want you to love your nails. Gel polish services are guaranteed for 7 days. If a nail chips, breaks, or peel-lifts within 7 days, please contact us for a complimentary repair session. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed. We do not issue monetary refunds for completed salon services.
